It promotes the significance of primary education through knowledge and experience sharing. It deeply associate with younger generation to upscale and strengthen the capabilities in them.
It comprises Collective approach for organizing small & marginal farmers i.e
Watershed concept for managing agriculture & allied activities with participatory approach , transforming agriculture into agribusiness and strengthening the income generation for rural development.
Shivakhya foundation aims to facilitate the famers at grass root level. It aims to focus on the collective approach to facilitate organizing the farmers in to groups i.e. Farmers interest groups (FIGs). These FIGs are later clubbed in to Farmers Producer Organization (FPOs).
It aims to introduce as well as incorporate new technologies in agriculture and allied sector and promote its execution with participatory approach.
It aims to facilitate precision farming while promoting climate smart agriculture for addressing climate resilient in agriculture and allied sector.
It will assist the farmers to use the fallow land and converting the barren land into fertile land for agriculture .It aims to widen the scope of an enhanced cropping intensity with better productivity
and believes in an infusion of enhanced production technologies in farmer’s field followed by an efficient supply chain management and viable market linkages are phenomenal in increasing farmer’s income. This will contribute to overall rural development.

It aims to work on gender sensitization with priority focus on girl child development and women empowerment. It aims to eliminates gender based discrimination from society through gender sensitization.
It enhances the women participation for women empowerment in community development activities for a holistic development.
It believes that educating a single girl child means educating an entire generation.
It aims to organize the community forums, service projects, civic education, research and training programme on matters pertaining to the rights of women and children along with addressing a wider range of associated issues including health, gender-based violence, sexual harassment, education equity and safeguarding the future environment for a better ecosystem in society.
